Moss Suites Hotel is a charming small property that offers outstanding customer service. the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, making your stay enjoyable. Its unbeatable location near Taksim Square is a major plus, with easy access to nearby markets, public transportation, and the metro. the hotel is also conveniently located near Istiklal Street and the Galata Bridge and Tower. the area is safe and calm, which adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

A lot of goodies for breakfast...

the location was particularly good and unbeatable, in the area that i was normally going to stay with easy access to shopping malls and a market. suite was outstanding, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. all the staff was very very nice and really kind, tackled my issues.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location close to the airports, the city center, Taksim Square, and a bus stop for easy access to the airports.

Lovely big room on the top floor with excellent views over the city. The staff were very friendly and went out of thier way to help out with directions, booking taxis etc. the location is good and the room was quiet.

As some other people have commented the breakfast could be imporved

A lounge area and a kitchen available in the suite. Unbeatable location, good bed, clean bathroom.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the staff here is excellent- they provide exceptional customer service and display great respect towards guests.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Hotel with the best hospitality of all around the world. It is new, clean, well designed. we have paid for standard rooms and got the suites with no extra charge. No other hotel for us in Istanbul, ever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square in a quiet and safe area. It was great being in the city center but still having a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed including an iron, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It exceeded our expectations in every way, from the great location to the excellent service and comfortable rooms.

If possable to change kind of breakfast.

A wide range of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. The room was both well-equipped and huge with a 3 sided view, plenty of towels and enclosed balcony.

The rooms here are spotless, equipped with tea/coffee facilities, a refrigerator, and stovetop, set in a quiet environment with a fantastic location just 3 miles from a grand palace.

it was a very comfortable hotel, very cosy, clean, renovated , good location and very nice & helpful staff especially Hale & Fatih at reception desk!we thank all Moss suites staffs!

personally I didnt like the street where hotel is located but when I entered the hotel I felt much better!

I like the location of this hotel because it is near to the tram, istiklal street many popular resturants. Also the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and kind.

We book the standard room with double bed but it was't a king one it was 2 single bed covered with a king sheet so it was not comfortable.
